How are personalized items made?
We get this question a lot! We use a digital textile printer to custom print on our own premium-quality fabrics, then we cut the fabric and sew the finished item here in our shop using industrial sewing machines and a professional seamstress.
How do I order a personalized item?
Each personalized item listing has customization options that you select before adding the item to the cart. Please proof your baby's name carefully before submitting the order - we will print exactly as entered.
Will I get a proof for my personalized item?
We do not send proofs unless requested. All personalization options can be previewed before checking out.
I entered the wrong name on my order but I already checked out, what do I do?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order and we can make the correction before your fabric is printed.
How long will it take to complete my order?
In-stock items like solid color muslin swaddles and stretchy swaddle sets will ship within 1-2 business days. Personalized items and digital prints will ship within 10 business days. All of our digitally-printed items are custom made in our shop which is why it takes some time to complete these orders. Please contact us if you need help with a rush order.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Orders are shipped via USPS which takes an estimated 2-5 business days with standard delivery. Express shipping options are also available.
What is your return policy?
All personalized items are final sale. However, if there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. We accept returns on other items within 14 business days of receipt. Please email email@example.com for assistance returning an item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
